How do you get burned cd's out of the cd player?
ORIGINAL: MustangMike2001
Don't buy into the burned cd's theory. Mine always jammed up and I don't even own any burned cd's. The stock cd changer is just a piece of crap.

this happens to me sometimes, burned or original. best that works for me is to hit eject, when it starts trying to come out, then give it a few good whacks (knocks) with your hand. it pops out every time for me. i have the 6 cd changer tho.
I have had 6 mustangs, and this has happened in every single one. I have noticed that the weather can make a difference in how easy or hard they come out. I just take my pocket knife and push the cd down and then hit eject. If you have a cd that has been stuck for a while, you will notice that it has a black residue on the top center portion of the cd. It is very faint, but enough to make me think that there is something making it stick. If you push the cd down, it get's unstuck and comes right out.
What Radio do you have? I have the Mach 6 in all my cars and it happens in the truck the most. Does it say CD ERROR? The flap should open and the eject motor spins but it doesnt come out? All i even do is either 1, if i can see the CD you puch it back in with somthing(another CD) and it will come out, or you keep pushing the CD button over and over till it comes out. I bitched out the service department at the dealership i bought them at and they put in new decks without even looking
