You think it shuts off at 120. It really shuts off at 115. You think its 119 cuz you were accelerating and even though it shut off you were still going fast to pass 115. I found this out today haha

Wtf is up with everyone and the J-MOD. Transgo is the way to go man if you know how to install it right. Its the greatest mod I slappd on my car after my 4.10s

 

stall plus ur choice of shift kit with some gears, and ur choice of posi trac and ur good.

dont do a stall with a open diff

 

I went J-mod, but don't know how to compare with other shift kits, transgo, etc.
But here's the pros of the j-mod as I see it:
- relatively inexpensive
- diy instructions (and I did it myself)
- Afterwards, I feel the crisper shifts, and that is what I wanted.

for me the j-mod was not a racin mod... its for my DD on the street and hiway.
