This is my First 4 cyl mustang its an 82......odd enough it requires Turbo parts, however its NOT a turbo.
Turbo part required - master brake cylinder

I do want to turn it into a turbo however and am curious what it would require to do so? does the engine come out Turbo ready? or do i need to modify anything? i havent even began to look into this yet, i thought i would try here first.

You may have to get an E6 from an 88 T-Bird Turbo Coupe or whatever other car you may know that has one to add a turbo.

 

I think I remember hearing that the turbo 2.3's are all forged bottom ends. That probably why they out last the rest of them.

 

whats really odd is the parts it requires are for a 2.3L Turbo....but when pulling the VIN it says nothing about being a Turbo....is their a way i can tell this? someone said take a picture of the muffler side of the car. ill do that...but its not pretty yet LOL.
