Well after it rains or after i go through the car wash if i roll down my window and roll it back up it is nasty and streaky in some spots.. .but right in the middle it is just watter and it didn't streak..... the window can dry and i still can roll it down and it will be nasty water steaky mess.. how do i fix this???

 

You don't. The best thing you could do would be to make sure the seal is tight on the outside of the door.
