put it where the bracket on the side of the windstar is, you dont need that bracket.

yea, you could make soemthing like that, i didnt end up using it but i could have if i hada welder at the time. i used jbweld to put that sob together and althought it held, i didnt trust it so i didnt use it. now that ive got a welder i would make one, it was easy to do. the iac would bolt that thing sticking off to the side with the 2 hoses comming from it. the hose that sticks out and goes nowhere would plug into the cai.

its not a problem and yea the wires need extended. very easy though. just snip one at a time, although im pretty sure they are all different colors so it doesnt really matter.

ok update time i almost have everything i need just a few more things to move the egr and rubber tubes that i will buy 2day. also i need to make the iac adaptor and radiator hose. nuthing big anymore and looking to do this swap somethime this month.

sounds good. with the right intake pipe you can keep the radiator hose in the same spot. this guy has recently done a bunch with the windstar.

the egr valve doesnt have hardly any pressure......given i jst deleted mine with a home made kit but it only works off of suction created by the air flowing past the opening in the lower intake

thats what i thought but just thought i would check. thanks>> now do i need to get a new hood or can i do this and buy my new hood somewhere down the road. i have heard people say yes and no.
