yeah...I just spent like $330 on some ceramic coated longtubes. They shipped Monday andI hope to get my exhaust donewithin three weeks. From what I've heard, the longtubes willbe worth it.

Already tired the long tube route causeI found aset for like 330or so. Father isn't to keen on me getting LT's b/c he for some reason wants me to keep all 4 cats.I even found ashorty catted "h" for a decent price somewhere ifI rember correctly. Still to no avail I'll have to wait a few more years whenI really start to build the car to get them I suppose.

The reason im going ahead and getting these is b/cI have a nasty leak in my stockers. They are not super expensive so they can do for untill later.

NowI won't have the problem of the A/C leaking and making these crack will I?

What small gains couldI expect out of these? Maybe sound or a few HP? BOTH!?!?!?!?! lawl

I understand man about the longtube deal. Anyways, I guess if you are running those for a few years or so, they should hold up ok. I heard uncoated macs rust tho - that's whyI say a few years or so. If you want something to last a while, go with BBK shorties. However, from what I've gathered, shorties will do little to nothing as far as hp and tqis concerned - whatever you do gain you won't feel it.

[&o]oh well at least my car wont sound like a bohemith rolling through town with the leak, like it does now. Oh andI wont worry abotu dying frominhaling the exhaust sitting in traffic.

the major push to get thease in my mind are two things 1.I can drive to pick them up so no shipping!! and 2. 100$ cheap as shart so I'm not hurting after buying them.

Are these going to be a pain to change without a lift I have a jack and jack stands will that be enough?I know on my jeep to chage those *****'sI had to take off the intake manifold damn the daimler chrysler corp couldnt get to them from the bottom so had to topside em

The only gain is fixing your exhaust leak. Other than that, absolutely nothing.
