Default Mach 460 Stock Amp Switch

I've got a JVC Headunit installed into my car with a Eclipse Amp and two fosgate 12" P1s. I also have a toggle switch on the "remote switch wire" for the eclipse amp coming from the headunit. I bought a amplifier bypass harness for the stock amp. What i want to know is there someway to make it so i can use a single toggle switch to toggle "bypass" and "non bypassed" on the stock amp so i can use the stereo without the two 12"s. because when i bypass it the rear amps (amps behind rear seat) dont power up so the stock subs dont start up either which makes the stereo subs bad if im not using my two 12"s. Is this some impossible dream? or is it possible?
