CAI Problems
I was talking to my friends dad and he said a CAI isn't thatgood for cars especially in the winter. He said in the winter, they can really hurt cars. What areany problems with CAI's?

They work a lot better in winter actually. Your friends dad doesn't know what he is talking about.

+1 I was just going to say that, if anything it works better than anytime of the year in the winter. Tell him to check his facts next time LMAO.

The only one I can think of is if you don't connect it to the tb securly it will not have a good seal but that about it.

You might get a code coming up but it shouldn't hurt anything. I have a CAI and I have never had a code thrown.

if that were true, i'd make something to heat up the air going into my intake, not put an intercooler on to cool it[&:]

Try running a duct from your heater to the intake and see if you can produce anymore horsepower that way... lmao
