Does anyone got a wiring diagram or anything to that sort for the audio system in the car.

I pulled everything out a while back and can't seem to hook it back up, I only can find the auido wires for the 4 HIGH speakers, no matter what wire I try, the low's don't work, and it sounds real ****ty with just the high speakers..

Any help appreciated.

 

go to a part store and pick up a Haynes book... they have wiring diagrams for everything. that book also comes in help when you have to replace anything on your car.

 

yea the haynes bible lol, either that or chiton (spell? chilton?) i cant remember, but thats another book that helps alot. if u dont like the way one does it, the other usually has another way.

 

usually wiring diagrams come with headunits to match up the wires

 

Also you could be tapping into the speakers crossovers, which cancel out the lows for only mids and highs to get rid of distortion fomr bass

 

The car has 8 speakers.

So that's 2 wires per speaker, 8 wires in totall for 1 set.

I got all the high's hooked up, and seperated everything else, the only other GROUP of 8 wires went into the mini built in amp and I tried using all of them as audio directly to a cd player, the high's work, but the low's don't no matter what wires I tried.

It's really making me mad.
