my motor has been running a lil rough recently and i think i have fowed plugsso what kind of plugs and what gap should i put in

yeah, ive heard mostly the stock coppers, for a stockish engine, are best. personal experience: stay away from bosch plugs. ive tried em on four different cars, and none of them ran as well as other combos i tried. dont believe the +4 platinum hype.
