Default Help!! Ignition problems

I have an '01 V6. Last night the car started missing. I pulled the plugs off the coil pack and found the no. 2 cylinder was not firing at the pack. So to further diagnose the problem, i pulled the no. 1 boot off and slid it over to no. 2 and it did nothing, but when i put the no. 1 plug back, it has quit firing. Now i have 2 cylinders not firing off the coil pack. I changed the spark plugs and wires. Still not firing in the same 2 cylinders. I pulled my test light out. Grounded it and pulled the no.1 and 2 boots off and poked my tester in there and i get a small spark off the node. Then pulled no. 3 boot off and barely got within an inch of it and its sparking like it should. Would you say i need a new coil pack or should i go further and possibly be looking for a cam or crank positioning sensor. Immediate help needed. My only car and hard to bum a ride to the parts house. Thanks.
