The OP was asking about a 5.0 not a 4.6. I don't know where you go to get engines but you can find PI 4.6's a lot cheaper than 5k. lol

I definitely agree with the supercoupe swap over the 5.0 swap. You have the same amount of power starting off for half of what it would cost to do the 5.0 swap. You could then use the amount of money that you saved by doing the supercoupe swap and make it real fast. Also the supercoupe swap would be easier to do than the 5.0 swap.

It does suck at times. lol Still if you were to type in 4.2L, twin-turbo, split-port swap etc. etc. It will still pop up with some threads that will 'usually' have good info.

 

its just easier for the newbies to ask then the people like me with no life have all the real good ones in the favorites that we can just link them to[8D]
