Tuner software question

I found a diablosport predator tuner for very cheap (only $50). It's used and locked. The guy says I need the end user software package to unlock it. what do you guys think? and where can i find the software?

i bought a diablosport tuner and in the instructions it says that if you want to use it on another mustang then you can reset it. he should be able to do this and give it to you and it should work fine

If it is locked stay away from it Diablosport will not unlock a used ford predator, the only way to unlock it is for the guy to return to the car back to stock tune.
