Alright, so we fixed the codes.

Now.

No backpressure, it's backfiring, and it's still bucking at 2,000 RPMs. It's also still got a MASSIVE loss of torque.

Well one thing I forgot to buy was a jacket to put the wires in to protect them from the heat.[:@]

Anyways, like I said, I'm pretty sure the rest of your problems will be solved in the drivetrain, hint, hint, torque converter, but it could be as simple as a bad U-joint in the driveshaft, although mine didn't do quite the same when mine were bad, but still, maybe.

Yea, trust me - I heard it from my dads friend, lmao. What we ended up using was the jacket from the old sensor. We used that glue stuff to cover all of those connectors. Let it sit for about 2 hours, took it for a test drive.

I'm definitely with you that there's something wrong in the drivetrain, although that's NOT what I want to hear, lol. Along with the non-shifting and bucking and such comes the no backpressure and massive loss of torque. I'm again baffled by this damn car. Think it's safe to drive to and from school or no?

With it bucking like that, probably not. I know this is going to sound crazy, but would you like to come and stay a night or two over the weekend and drop your car off at my local shop in Slidell and see what they have to say. They're very, very, very good and they're pretty much the only shop I trust to work on my car. Other than the tranny and the stuff I've done, they've fixed every problem that has came up with my car, and got the diagnoses right the first time every time? They're Crossgates Firestone. My grandmother is kind of buddies with the owner, and I know a lot of the guys there. They're more expensive than some places being Firestone, but at least it will be fixed, or they can at least tell you what the problem is and maybe we can fix it.

It bucks when shifting from 1rst to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd, doesn't really do it between 3rd to 4th.

Oh it does randomly make this wierd kind of noise, both under load and at idel, but it's random and doesn't do it all the time. The noise is extremly hard to describe without you hearing it. I'm leaning towards either a bad syncros, torque converter, or u-joint.

It runs rough in idle, but perfectly fine in neutral or park. The car is fun until about 1750 RPMS through 2500 RPMS. At WOT the car runs perfectly fine. I'm leaning towards maybe not enough backpressure? Idk.

Anything else that will help - Ask.

Also shooting white smoke out of the passenger exhaust when it backfires.
