Default Air problem

Well its finally startin to get warm here. It was about 75 today so i turned on the air. While cruisin about 70 mph i noticed the air will get really cold (like it did last summer), but then it got kinda warm like the vent was turned on. So it does it repeatedly like im turning it on air and then back to vent. :S... plus whenever i stop somewhere and the air is on the car will sound like something is kicking on and for about the seconds the rpm's raise a little then drops for 3 seconds.. don't know if this has anything to do wiht it. the air also does this at any speed or stopped.

I'm not 100% sure but it sounds like the AC clutch switch is bad. I'm not sure because when mine went out my idle jumped all over but the AC never turned on. I would have Ford look at the AC system.
