[:@]So I was driving to work this morning... I'm going around this curve at 65..and there they were. 4 deer going across the road... I slammed on the brakes.. missed 3..and the 4th one hit the drivers side fender and tore the living s--ht out of the whole drivers side. Luckily the front wasn't touched. Plus I only have liability. New front fender..new door, new mirror.. new rear quarter panel.. the works.. I dn't want to see how much this is going to cost...

 

look through MM&FF and 5.0 mags because they have advertisments in there for 1/4 panels, the other stuff I would get from a wrecking yard.

Sorry to hear about that, though you should bemore careful around corners, what if that had been a Family that broke down on the road and were crossing? Kids are like deer in some cases, they freeze.

I guess I think and drive differently now for the last couple of years because of my daughter.

Well to be honest I wasn't speeding I was going to the speed limit. Just this morning the sun was commin up and it was sorta hard to see... But you do Have a good point I guess I do need to pay more attention.

 

oh man, I'm so dang sorry ugh! The whole dang side too! Pfft.

 

I'm really a glass half full person, yes it was alot of damage, but it could have been much worse imagine if the deer had been about 30 inches to the right.



Of course he could have been 30 inches to the left just as easily.

Sorry hopefully everything will be better then it looks right now.
