I have a 2000 3.8 automatic and i started having a problem when i take of. It starts of good then when its going from 1 to 2 it jerks itself it 2. What could be causing this to happen and how can i go about fixing this problem.

 

Almost sounds like your tranny is slipping, have you checked your fluid level?

 

yeah that what it feels like i just wanted someone elses opinion. Yeah i have and it seemed alright would it be cuz it needs a new transmission filter and oil?
