IMO I would do both, but springs are always a good choice.

i was thinking about lowering springs. but i have 17x9s in front. and they do rub a little as it is now. so i am kinda still up in the air about lowering since it rubs a little already.
You rub on the wheel wells??? thats odd....id get a chin spoiler and then lower too

yeah i know its odd. but i have to be turning pretty sharp in order for them to rub. i got the wheels off ebay so i couldnt beat the price. really didnt like the 17x9s in front but for $450 i got wheels and tires that lasted me thro a summer. i guess i have to deal with them.
