Ok due tosome unplanned expenses I won't be able to get my Vortech installed for a while. However, I am getting SCT+ tunning. Now (a dumb question), later whenI get my s/c installed I would keep the same tuner just get it tuned again, right?...I don't know how that works! Also, what are some cheaper performance mods that would not later have to be taken off because of the s/c?

^^^^ 1-yes, you can use the same tuner, and just get another tune loaded. no problems. cheap mods that you wont have to get rid of when you get the s/c...get long tube headers, and a 2.5 inch exhaust. you can keep it, itll just get more efficient when you have boost! and suspension upgrades.
good luck

id hold off on the throttle body, to see where you are gonna go with your intake manifold work,s/c, etc. tranny work would be good...but if you are planning on supercharging, id go no shorter than 3.73 gears (so youll have some traction!), and go with a detroit truetrac, auburn, or eaton posi over the tlok. ive heard they break with any serious power adder.

Either find an 8.8 or get a true trac, and gears. I just sent my 3.73s back for 4.10s so..... lowering springs, better rear tires, etc.
