Default RE: Am I wrong?

cutting the springs is fine, ive done it on a couple cars now. just watch how much you cut them, a little goes along ways when cutting springs. also if yuo cut it to much or if your going for a much lower ride height then youll want a shorter shock, (if they have em for our cars) cause everytime you lift the car youll have to realign the spring when you put it back down. and i dont remember if our springs are tampered but if they are cut the untapered end. did that buy mistake once had to make a trip to the junk yard. as for tools a good cut off wheel works or a reciprocating saw will do the trick, and round off the spring end were it was cut so it dosent rip through the rubber spacer.
