Does a Mustang 2001 V6 have a micro filter in the cabinet or not? My A/C is cooling o.k. but the air is blowing very poor. I thought maybe the filter is dirty orâ€¦something like that

Nope, mustangs don't have one...at least up until 04. I'm not sure about the 05+[:-]
