Default Effects of front suspension modification

I am looking at purchasing a '96 Ford Mustang with 103k miles on it. My only concern is that the front suspension has been replaced so the car wouldn't scrape.
I have heard that there may be some alignment issues, etc.
If anyone can help me out, that would be awesome.
Sincerely,
Phreakuency

did they raise the vehicle? anytime you alter the height of the vehicle significantly, the geometry and alignment can get messed up. usually lowering is what messes up the geometry more than raising...if it was raised 1" only, then everythign should be fine.

just drive the car and see if it feels ok, and if it drives straight without any bumpsteer.
