You'd be better off (cheaper) if you just modded what you have.

^^^ um, no.

you can get an entire spilt port swap for around, i wanna say...$800.00? from CRT, i think? whatever chris torres' website it... way reasonable for a 30-35 whp gain., id say, since most people will spend that on headers and exhaust, which will give you maybe 10whp.

or, you wanna outrun the split ports?:

either the split port swap, or one of the power packs will also be good supporting mods if you ever nitrous or f/i your car.

of course, with that kind of power, youll wanna upgrade the rear end as well.

good luck.

if your budget is tight, likme most people are, id go with the split port swap, and a tune to get the a/f ratio right. justin at vmp can probably give u a good custom tune for it. the install, if u pay for it, will vary in your aread, but im thinking you shouldnt be spending more than 1500-1600 for the whole swap, the labor for the install, and the custom xcal tune.

with a really good tune on 93 octane, you should be at over 40whp with that setup. 40 hp for 1.5k is doable.
