short throw shifter?

Default short throw shifter?

how hard is it to install a short throw? and also are any special tools needed?

I have a MGW short shifter..I love it feels like a different car. They are pretty easy to install. I think I just used a flat head screw driver and a socket. First be careful and pop off the plastic around the shifter, then there are 4 bolts that holds on I think a dust protector, then your to the shifter. but other than that you can just look at and see what to do nothing to it.

yeah u dont even need pictures just
take off your shift **** and remove your shift boot
remove the four bolts (idk size) and take the dust collector off
remove four bolts from stock shifter and remove
place new shifter in and u get the idea

I installed an MGW short throw shifter. Prety easy to do and Taco Bill has some great write ups Just use the search and search for Taco Bill

Steeda Tri axe is a really good short shift. I have one and love it. It took me like 1/2 hour to install and that was because i checked everything like 3 times. Good luck, remember we are always here if you have any questions.

yeah i went steeda and it took like 45 min i kept losing the bolts through the hole and having to get out and get them from underneath the car
