Default Headlight Alignment

How do you adjust the alignment of the headlights on a 97 Mustang? I do not see any hex bolts or anything on the casing to do this. One headlight beam is higher than the other.

its fairly easy there is a srew on the front side on the rear adjustable black things look like cones you can adjust those to

Thanks. It is the top, inner screw with the rubber, black wing nut on it.
