yeah, you should be good all the way around, but with that much tire sticking out in the back, you're gonna be washing that thing a LOT! If it ends up being too much of a spacer, then try to trade with someone or something. All the guys puting the S197 wheels on their sn-95/new edges are needing 1/2" sapcers to make them fit, so it won't be too tough to find someone that needs it.
