Default Transmission oil leaking!

I just got the oil change and I wanted to change the trans. oil too cuz my car has close to 80k miles. However, they told me that the trans oil is leaking between the dipstick and something else I forgot what. Something that connects with the transnission. They said I needed a new gasket. Does anyone know what is this exactly and what should I be looking for? Btw, I got synthetic oil s5/20!

Probably the o-ring at the bottom of the dipstick tube as it goes into the tranny.
