I picked up the 40th edition Mustang Coupe Deluxe last week and they forgot to give me the floor mats with it. When I search the internet for the equipment to be included in the Deluxe package, I read "color-keyed floor mats" are included. What do they mean "color-keyed floor mats"? I called up my dealer and they ordered replacement mats and I received a set of 4 Mustang mats with the Mustang name on them.

Now don't get me wrong, I am happy to have the mats that I received, but if "color-keyed floor mats" are something different that come with the car, please let me know. I would like to have what came with the model.

I have the 40th deluxe also. All I have is front floor mats and they have a horse in the center. The floor mats are tan, the same color as my interior.

 

Nope, it means the mats that come with the car are made from the same color carpet as the rest of the interior. It should of been in the car.
