Default Chirping Belt

I have a belt that is chirping when it's cold out (like 30 or below). Does it need replaced, or can I do something to make it quiet down? It doesn't look like it needs replaced.

i'd check the idler pully first... you can pop the belt off that and run it without and see if it still chirps.. they're about $20...
