Default 95 Airbag

My girlfriend was in a accident a couple of weeks ago and both airbags deployed. A friend of mine fixed the body damage just need to replace the airbags. Can I just put in the new airbags or do the crash sensors and the control unit need to be replaced or reset before I install the bags? I did a search on the forum but I could not find a exact answer to my question. I want to be sure before I put the new airbag in. I want to at least replace the steering wheel bag. ( I bought one off of ebay).

I think you need to change:
AirBag Sensors
AirBag Module (Not Sure)
AirBags

I also have a car with deployed airbags and im looking for cheap airbags =]

Went to the dealer today, said I need to replace the crash sensors and the control module. I have new drivers airbag to put in. The dealer said I can put it in but it would be a good idea to remove the fuse. The fuse for the airbag system controls other systems so I cannot disconect it. Would dissconnecting the crash sensors prevent it from accidently deploying the bag?
