Default Power Steering Pump problem?

So when I was at a red light last night, I was playing around with my steering wheel. It doesn't turn fully (the usual 2 1/2 revolutions). I was in my driveway in park and i tried just turning the wheel left like a quarter of the way, and it didnt budge. It felt like I was trying to turn the wheel while the car was off. I checked the power steering fluid and it was fine. However, I see some spots of dripped fluid on the ground right where the pump is. Is my steering pump done?

clean up both hoses really good, then have someone turn the wheel while the car is running. If you see fluid squirt, then it's the high pressure hose, if fluid just drips, then it's the return hose.

Lucas p/s fluid is good for finding small leaks and sealing them. I used it and it cured the problem. Now if you have a huge gash in your hose, dont expect that to work.

yeah but if a hose is leaking it's probably due to age and deterioration, so it should be replaced.
