Question trying to delete a code and air pump.

i recently just installed the windstar intake on to my 3.8 mustang and need to remove my air pump. i was able to keep the air pump but its broken anyway. i was wondering if anyone knew a way to delete the check engine light. does a diablo or sct have the ability to delete indivisual codes so i can pass PA emissions.
