Default DOOR LOCKS

ok... hope you can follow... there's power going to both door lock switches, there's power coming out of the harnesses that clip onto the door lock actuator's harness (both sides) ... the fuse underneath the dash is ok, the fuse under the hood is ok... so, for some reason, the driver side master switch as well as the passenger switch will not lock or unlock the doors. also, my windshield wipers stopped working. the wipers don't move and the windshield washer fluid control won't squirt and fluid ... ... ... any ideas???? Thanks in advance.

If your can has one it will be under the dash right above the drivers side kick panel, It controlls pretty much everything
