lug nut

the key is stripped the car does not drive was wrecked how do i get the lug nuts off without ruining my 98 cobra rims? its the key where it fits inside of the lug nut

I lost the key to my lug nuts on my truck..what i did to take them off was get a key similar and tap it on the lug nut and work from there.

Sears has a $30 tool for removing locks.

In the past my dad and I just hammered a socked onto the locking lug and then used an impact wrench to get it off.
