our cars dont redline at 3000 though. your really only halfway there.

The video I posted were rev's up to 4500 and higher, it really isnt very ricey at all.

how do i know which thrush welded mufflers to buy? center-center, center-side, side-side, etc?

i went the pretty expensive route hehe. i bought the flowmaster kit, had a shop cut the y out of the new kit, then the shop made and h-pipe. the flowmaster part # is 17275 and looks like this...


honestly though, i couldnt be happier with it. i didnt mind forking out a little more cash for it do be done right. i didnt like the idea of just buying mufflers and letting a shop have at it. ive seen some pretty bad exhaust jobs on some mustangs around here and didnt want mine like that. buying the kit restricted (in my mind atleast) the shop from doing whatever they wanted. i wouldnt suggest doing it that way if you are looking to go as cheap as possible. i paid like $375 for the kit and another $200 in shop fees
