Default Loaded Cylinder

My 1994 with a 3.8 V6 is loading up the #2 cylinder with fuel,replaced the injector still the same. Any ideas?

my friend had a problem like that... his ECU was fried and never turned off the injector

Take off the connector on the injector and put a test light on it with it running. It should pulse. If it stays lit the entire time, then it isn't getting turned off and it's probably an ECM issue.

yes the noid light stays on. Is there a way to tell if it is the ECM or the wiring?
