It's really easy. Take the carpet lining of the trunk out along with some of the plastic molding near the latch. After that you should be able to figure it out on your own. Just unscrew all the screws and nuts/bolts that go to the bumper. You might want have someone to hold the new bumper when you install in so it doesn't get scratched.

Thanks man, doesn't seem that difficult! I'm doing it as soon as I paint the new one...probably in a couple of weeks!

-remove the 1 or 2 screws in each fenderwell attaching the bumper to the fenderwell.
-remove the plastic piece holding the fuel tank opening drain to the bumper. just pull down on it.
-remove the 3 plastic push pins from the flaps under the bumper cover attatching it to the steel bumper.
-open the trunk and remove the plastic piece around the trunk latch
-remove the plastic screws holding in the rear portion of the trunk carpet (the stuff on the sides and rear covering the back of the taillights.
remove this piece. careful not to break it.
-there are 2 bolts on each side of the bumper. look low on each side about where the corner of the bumper is. you can access them from the inside where you moved the carpet from.
-remove the multiple bolts that run accross the middle section of the bumper. there are holes if you look where that plastic cover was around the trunk latch. you can see the bolts and access them through there.
that should be it.. pull the sides of the bumper away from the car first then pull the whole thing back.
instalation is the oposite
