Default 2.3L camshaft install question

i'm working on a camshaft install and came to a little problem with getting the camshaft off. Problem is i cant get the 2 philips screws off the retainer. Is there any kind of special tool that i need? If i had the cylinder head off i could use an impact driver to get it off. I dont want to do that just yet. thank you for any help. Heres a picture of the screws. You can see them in the mirror.

Default RE: 2.3L camshaft install question

nevermind, I got them off. i wedged a 3/8 drive #3 phillips on a breaker bar and just prayed. there was enough pressure on it to turn the already semi-stripped screws. Luckly there isnt much torque on those screws. I'm going to install some torx head screws in place of the phillips head.
