Default Storing car outside till christmas

Is there anything I need to do to my car to store it outside till christmas? I need to wait for a tune to get it running, PATS system messed up. I leave on Monday and so I wont be home went I get the tune.

I plan on taking the battery out and putting the stock rims/tires on. Other than that I dont think I need to do anything. Any suggestions will be helpful.

There was a thread about this not too long ago, like a week or two. Check the older posts.

A car cover would be good, if you dont have a cover then wax the car first.
Clean the glass and detail the interior so that smells dont come out and the glass resists dirt more.

If you go to a storage yard they should sell this gell like stuff for about $5 that sucks up all the moisture in your storage unit, works great for storing a car to keep any kind of mold from taking root.

Some Marvels Mystery Oil so that the first start will be easier on the car, mix it in now.

Keep the bat on trickle charge and do not place it on concrete, keep it off the ground. If it is not a Dry Cell make sure to keep it in a well ventilated area of the garage or shed, never the house.

Think thats most of it for a short store.

Well the car doesnt start so washing it isn't an option. I took the battery out and put it on a piece of wood. Ill charge it up when I get back from work. Im keeping it on a dirt driveway so I dont think rusting the under carriage should be a problem.

Only reason Im storing it is b/c the PATS system messed up and I dont have enough time to fix it before work.
