I have a 2004 mustang, manual v6. for about two days now, when i press the clutch all the way in, it wont let me put the shifter into any gear, but when i let off the clutch pedal just a tiny bit, it will let me go into the gear. it does this for every gear. sometimes it wont let me put it in gear at all. i just had a new clutch put in around a month ago, not sure what kind but i had it installed at my local ford dealership. im looking for a diagnosis of my problem, how to fix it and a price range. thanks in advanced everyone!
might be able to adjust the clutch pedal.. grasp the clutch pedal and pull it toward the steering wheel kinda hard.. it will make a 'click' sound.. then see how it works..
it's a lot easier to put your foot under the pedal and lift up trust me, also have the trans in 1st gear. you may not hear a click but should be able to feel it lift up
