Spark Plug Problems

if you notice where the hole is it is basically wide open and you can actually see the sensor part from outside of the intake pipe(the little red piece) and it doesnt look right. the only thing that is holding it on is that broken piece of rubber you can see attached to the sensor on the outside of the intake and another piece of broken rubber on the inside to hold it from falling out.

you need to get a pcv valve grommet from autozone and then use that with the IAT sensor so that it seals it in the intake tube.

thank you for the quick response. I'm going to get one tomorrow along with returning my starter core because i had to replace my starter because my car decided to not start in the parking lot of my auto parts store today.
so the problem is completely gone. it turns out the plugs were bad. i changed them out this morning with some autolite's and took the car out for a test ride and everything is back to normal. thanks for all your help guys.
Good to hear..I had a bad misfire too, and I just went ahead and changed the coil pack, plugs and wires, it completely fixed it. My plugs looked pretty awful, all rusted, had some build-up, and really worn electrodes. Now it holds idle well and doesnt shake. I would also make sure you fix that hole from the maf to the throttle body.
yea, I'm surprised that the plugs didn't work because i got them off peoples recommendation on this site but i guess one was just bad in the bunch or something. and the hole is already taken care of.
