Default To do list.

Hello, im new to this site. though id share my idea about my car and what im thinking on dueing to it. first i need to buy the car once i move to cali with my sister, cus atm im living in michigan with out a job and my sister has some job lineups for me. so once i start getting some money from working and my side job DJing im going to buy a mustang 2000 v6 and this is some ideas i want to put into it.. please share your comments please, id like to hear the inputs..

to do list;
1) buy a mustang 2000-2002 for a reasonable price of $2000-7000
2) black window louvers
3) put the mustang decal for the brake light
4) honeycomb trim for the back panel for the trunk
5) to match the trunk panel with the honeycomb tailight
6) probably the best thing imo is the mustang insert lettering
7) not totally sure about this one but it reminds me of the sexy spoiler from the mach 1
8) i like the GT style hood, still idk about this one too
9) i hope this will work with the honeycomb tint taillight kits.. its a sequential tailight
10) my fav rims from the GTs.. i hate chrome rims!!!
11) yeah, you all might hate or like this next one but i think its cool.. the vertical doors, love them reminds me of the s7 <3 sexy car

maybe mods later.. :P

i like to work on the appearance first unlike most mustang lovers even tho all this is more work then it is with modding, id rather just work with the stock.. maybe once i get the car it might have some mods done to it like the xpipes and stuff..

so tell me what u think.. yeah i might get some haters out there, but ive been dreaming about all this settup since i feel in love with the car

Everyone will hate you for the lambo doors. GT hood scoop is all you need for a gt hood. everything else sounds good man. Don't spend over 5-6k on a sixxer though. Should open your search to 99-04 though. Just some ideas. If its an auto, get a tuner, it will wake the car up.

louvers and the doors are not cool imo.

The louvers just don't seem to "fit" the new edge style.

The lambo doors are a horrible thing for stress on the car. The frame was not designed for that kind of use thus cuasing bad things to happen down the road.

Also i would suggest a mild drop 1 - 1.5" I would recommend the roush springs with some good shocks and struts.

If you want the Mach 1 spoiler, 01-04 V6's and GT's have that spoiler, they are just paint matched to the body(all Mach 1's spoiler are black). They have a different way of mounting to the trunk lid than the 99-00 spoiler. So if you get a 99-00 but want the Mach 1 (01-04 V6/GT) spoiler you will need to get either the trunk lid from a 01-04 or have a body shop fix the holes on your stock trunk lid.

IMO the Steeda wing you have in mind is better looking than the Mach 1/01-04 V6/GT spoiler.

You had me going, like wow this guy is on the right track. Until I saw the lambo doors. Dude listen to us. DO NOT PUT LAMBO DOORS ON A MUSTANG.. You will never hear the end of it, especially on MF....

yeah dont feel bad about getting a 6. they are still decently powerful stock and can be a lot of fun. and as for the lambo doors, by the time you pay to get that done, you could have had a lot more fun things with the same amount of cash.

Gotta agree. Those lambo doors cost close to a grand right? That's not counting installation either.. OP with that kind of money you can have 1 sweet running stang..
