Question MAF Mass Air Flow Sensor HELP!

I need a MAF Sensor for my mustang. I have a 2004 V6 3.9L Mustang. I have looked everywhere for a MAF sensor and all I can find are the ones for 3.8L mustangs. Will this fit the 3.9L or is there a difference? I have asked my local auto parts stores and it confuses them. I am also having trouble finding the sensor for a 3.9L. Do you guys know anything about these parts or have any info that may help me out? I would greatly appreciate this. Thanks!!

It's all the same, why do you need a new one? I've never heard of one failing.

I was told it was bad because I only get 15 miles to a gallon of gas. I have had the spark plugs changed, air filter, fuel filter, replaced bad o2 sensor, I keep the oil changed and the car has always been maintained. I have lost alot of power also. When I have the a/c on the car hesitates when I take off. I don't know much about a MAF sensor thats why I am wondering about this.

I forgot to mention the car is all factory. No mods or anything.

I doubt it's the MAF. Check your coil pack and plug wires. How is your air filter?

My car stutters off the line with the AC on too, also makes the RPMs hang. Good thing I don't use it much.

The 2004s were all "3.9" liter engines due to a small change in the crank. It didn't add any power, though
