so just bought a 96 yesterday feel stupid for not checking the lights so im hoping its nothing big. the headlights wont turn onto normal but high beams work and i changed the bulbs and stll nothing anyone have any idea? and how hard is it to change out the switch if that is what it is?

 

Could it be a relay?
