I auto-x and roadrace, and what you described is not a desirable characteristic in a spring for me or MOST of the people that I do all this stuff with. I've never seen the "red" springs, just the "blue" ones.

The only springs I ever saw from tokico "so I was told" were blue. Aside from that, I didn't change my suspension to get a drop and a better ride, I changed it to handle better on the track, and after speaking with many, tokicos didn't cut it for the greatest performance gain.

ahhh i see. Well of course there are better options out there.. Get some MM valved bilsteins from maximummotorsports with coilovers and you'll ride on rails.

But for a slight drop with a GREAT ride, tokico is what this guy wants. Its cheap and an awesome bang for the buck.

I too have seen the blue springs on the comp, but have never talked to anybody who has them...

Yeah, Ride quality is more what Im looking for instead of track performance.

I found somewhere that can get me the kit by tuesday, so I'm going to go ahead and get the tokico kit. Ill let you guys know how it goes. thanks for all the help =D

You could also try SVTPerformance's for sale section and pick up a low mile set of Bilsteins for the front and Tokico's for the rear.

Good cheap way to get better handling and ride quality.

If you want to go Tokico in the front I have a low mile set of front 03/04 Mach 1 Tokico's.
