So about an hour ago i was pulling into a parking spot to go to the bank. in front of me was a small truck that was backed in somewhat over the line crossing into my spot. i didnt notice but as i pulled in i hear a smash and i see the truck jut forward a bit. they had a hitch on the back that i didnt notice and i ran right into it. >_< i just got this car about 3 weeks ago and now it looks like a major league pitcher threw a baseball at my license plate. worst part is, the owner of the truck comes up as im correcting myself in the spot after i hit her truck and she just looks at my front end and laughs.ughhhhhh. i now have a hatred for trucks with hitches.

Not totaled bud. Think of it as a reason to upgrade to an 01 or 03/04 Cobra bumper.

 

XD i know i was kidding. and yeah i was thinkin about gettin a new bumper anyway. i guess this is more of a reason to do so. i might save that for next spring though

 

just round it out and tell all the ricers that it adds 5hp. then wait and see how many follow suit hahaha. sorry bout your bumper though

I would have laughed if I saw that, you need to be aware of your surroundings when driving. You are fortunate that it is only a bumper, and don't hate trucks because of your mistake, it wasn't their fault that you didn't look.

Sorry to hear. That really sucks. Watch out for them hitches lol. They can be hard to see, but ya gotta be aware of your surrounding at all times! It coulda been worse. Maybe this incident will open your eyes. All it takes is something minor like this to happen and you'll become a much better driver.

 

Do the 99/01 cobra, the 03 looks bulky without the rest of the cobra body.
