Default Drivers side window rubbing

When I shut my drivers side door the window is rubbing on the top making it hard to close.

I took off the door panel and it is coming off track at the bottom rear of the window. Looks like these are just held in place with silicon. I'm not very confident it going to hold with some new silicon. Anybody mess with these? I attached a pic of it rubbing.

It's actually an epoxy adhesive, which is VERY strong. I recommend going to a glass shop and seeing what they recommend.
