Just got a ASP Mustang V6 Harmonic Balancer Crank Pulley today for my 2000 Stang.

1. How hard is it to put in as far as experience and time?
2. How much would it cost to have a mechanic do the work for me?

I try to do as much as possible on my car but sometimes I feel better bringing it in to an experienced mechanic to do some things.

 

answer 1: simple, as in my girlfriend can do it.
answer 2: prob more than its worth

 

All you need is s ouller and an installer, and a longer crank bolt makes things even easier
