Becareful with the a shift kit if you have a tranny with alot of miles on it. I had one put in and took him forever to do it and 5 days later my tranny crapped out. Never been so mad. So I have been without a car for a week and a half. I'm going to have to get a new tranny. So make sure your tranny can handle it, yes it will shift faster and harder but it will also put more stress on your tranny.
