Hit your fuel needs up first and any other mods that can cross over between the two.
Then decide which you would prefer.

Put it this way, with these cars N/A is not the way to go. You could make more than 250 rwhp with the old 3.8L however you'd need newer technology and unfortunately it's not adaptable or compatable with the older 3.8L well, not without a steep price.
